One side courier charges would be paid by the customer. The turnaround time for repair or replacement of the product is 7-10 days from the date of receipt of the product. (we would bear the return courier charges). In case of replacement, if the product is not available in stock or is end of life then an equivalent of the similar design/style will be provided as replacement and the same will be shown to you(images by email) for your approval beforehand. If you like any other product as replacement and if the cost of same is higher, then you can just pay the difference amount.
