We deliver PAN India and Globally to select countries.
What Is The Timeline Of My Order?
Once received, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours (if received on weekdays) or 48 hours (if received on the weekend or public holidays) and it usually takes our delivery partners 3-7 working days to deliver the order at your doorstep.
Is There A Charge For Delivery?
We offer Free Delivery anywhere in India and charge shipping fees for all international orders. All COD orders may attract an additional fee.
What Are The Terms Of The Warranty Available On My Product?
Kooltopp offers a 15-month Warranty against any manufacturing, workmanship or material defects. The warranty will be either repair or replacement. Please retain a copy of your invoice for claiming warranty. For submitting a claim, kindly email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) your invoice along with images to illustrate the nature of the issue you are facing (to speed up the claim process). You can send the product on the given address – B1-102, Kripa Industrial Estate, Sonale Village, Nashik Highway, Bhiwandi, Thane 421302, Maharashtra, India. (One side courier charges would be paid by the customer). The turnaround time for repair or replacement of the product is 7-10 days from the date of receipt of the product. (we would bear the return courier charges). In case of replacement, if the product is not available in stock or is end of life then an equivalent of the similar design/style will be provided as replacement and the same will be shown to you(images by email) for your approval beforehand. If you like any other product as replacement and if the cost of same is higher, then you can just pay the difference amount.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Orders can be cancelled within 4 Hours of placing the order. To cancel your order please send us an email on email@example.com or call us on +91-2522-282330 with your name, invoice no, invoice date and mobile number.
What If Products Ordered By Me Are Out Of Stock?
If any product that you have ordered is not available in stock then our fulfilment team will reach out to you either via phone or email, to confirm an alternative colour or design within the same price range.
How Do I Track My Order Once It Is Placed?
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking information of your shipment. Alternatively, you can click on My Account tab below on the front page to view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing
